The Candle Visualization Induction is a short hypnosis induction that uses the client's association between flames and heat, between flames and night time, between heat and night and getting ready to drift off into sleep.
The candle induction is suitable for both visual and kinesthetic clients. Everyone has watched a candle flame at some point, everyone can remember snuggling down on a winter evening and feeling warm and safe, so everyone can relate to this induction.
